Jeremy Cheong

Jeremy has spent twenty years placing senior executives across multinationals and Fortune 500 firms. His work spans retained and contingent search, with core focus on C-suite, Board of Directors, and succession mandates.

His regional depth covers ASEAN, North and South Asia, with strong familiarity in US and European markets, particularly for digital, innovation, and finance talent.

What makes Jeremy's work distinctive is cross-cultural fluency. He understands both sides of a cross-border hire: what a global company actually wants in a regional leader, and what a strong regional candidate needs to say yes.

Outside work, he runs, swims, and bikes. He has completed various marathon distances and is a doting dad to three kids.
